Create an led plugin for the wiimote.

The plugin can set which leds are on for a given configuration and can also show how much battery is left on the leds when you push the a and b buttons at the same time on the wiimote. You need to set Plugin.led.Battery to 1 to enable the battery meter. You can change which button causes the event by setting Plugin.led.Button.

I've added the battery functionality to the led plugin in trunk. I've also added an acc_led plugin and mapped that to default, along with comments explaining how to use the plugin. Some variables were changed to make them consistent with other plugins.
